Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

•  1 (16-ounce) package broccoli florets
•  1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
•  1 cup raisins
•  1 pound sliced bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
•  4 green onions with tops, chopped fine
•  1 cup mayonnaise
•  2 teaspoons sugar
•  1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
•  Salt
•  Pepper
 
Directions:
 
In a large serving bowl, mix broccoli, peanuts, raisins, bacon, and onion. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and serve with roasted breads.
